Complete the Dog Registration Form
The Dog Act (1976) states that all dogs within Western Australia must be registered and microchipped once they have reached the age of 12 weeks. It is an offence not to register a dog and may receive an infringement notice.
Households in the Town are limited to two dogs per household.
Dog registration renewal notices are forwarded to dog owners in October each year.
Payment can be made in person at the Town's Administration office or complete the dog registration form above. Once your registration form has been assessed by the Town, you will receive an email of approval. Once you have received the email, please contact the Town to make payment.
Please note your dog is required to wear a tag bearing your name, dog name and your phone number at all times in a public place. This tag must be worn in addition to a valid registration tag.
