Utility Providers
There are number of assets within the verge and road reserve that belong to various utility providers.
These assets provide you and your household with gas, NBN, power, sewer, telstra, water. The maintenance and repair of any of these services falls to the respective service provider. Should you find an issue or problem with a service providers asset please see the list below to contact them directly. However, if a request to the Town includes a photo of a broken pit or lid broken/damaged pit or lid which easily identifies the responsible service provider, this will be forwarded to them for actioning. If not easily identified, the Town will inspect then forward to the appropriate provider.

Dial Before You Dig has developed a unique partnership with most of Australia’s major infrastructure asset owners. The service offers a single point of contact to request information about the infrastructure networks at the planned excavation site, commercial or residential, without the need to contact utility organisations individually.
