Proposed dog exercise area

In accordance with section 31 (3C) of the Dog Act 1976, the Town of East Fremantle gives notice of its intention to specify a dog exercise area at the East Fremantle Community Park on the corner of Allen Street and Marmion Street.

The dog exercise area is proposed to be an off-lead area; however, the dog must be under effective control at all times.
