Festive season operating hours

Please note that the Town's administration will close at 12 noon on Friday 20 December and will reopen at 8.30am on Monday 6 January.

During this time, calls will be delivered to our call centre and a core team covering Ranger and Technical Services will be available.

2024/25 Bulk Waste Collection Dates

The Town is pleased to confirm that the following dates have been scheduled for the 2024/25 bulk waste collections:

Green waste collection

Beginning the week of Monday 7 October 2024

Bulk & white/metal goods collection

Beginning the week of Monday 9 December 2024

Green waste collection 2025

Beginning the week of Monday 7 April 2025

Please place your waste on the verge by 6am on the Monday of the scheduled start dates as the contractor will only service your verge once. Please ensure waste is not placed any earlier than seven days prior to collection. This service is for residential properties only.
