This application seeks approval to undertake site works necessary for the remediation of soil contamination at Lots 14 - 19 (No 7-27) Canning Highway East Fremantle. Remediation of the land must be completed for the Department of Water and Environmental Regulation to reclassify the site to permit residential development.
