• Sauna and ice bath facility - proposed operating hours of 5.00am –9.00pm – Monday to Sunday at 128A George Street.
• 12 patrons (maximum) per session.
• 1 staff person.
• Existing office use to remain at 128 George Street.
• Nine (9) vehicle parking bays at the rear of the premises at 128 & 128A George Street.
• Horizontal projecting wall sign at 128A George Street.
