CTPO80/23 - Proposed alterations to existing supermarket - 6 Silas Street and Ptn of 155 Canning Highway (Closed)

Council is in receipt of a development application seeking approval for alterations to an existing supermarket (previously Foodworks) and includes:

• Partial demolition.
• A proposal to operate the supermarket 24 hours per day, seven days per week.
• A liquor store within the supermarket (opening hours as per the Liquor Licensing Act).
• Additional car parking and landscaping.
• Improvements to access and amenity.
