Notice is hereby given that the Town of East Fremantle proposes to:
- Remove No. 19 (Lot 18) Canning Highway, East Fremantle from Local Planning Scheme No. 3 - Heritage List and the Local Heritage Survey.
- The reasons for removal of the listing, and a map of the affected site, are available for inspection on the Town’s website and at the Town Hall, 135 Canning Highway, East Fremantle during office hours (8.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday) until close of business on
Friday, 30 October 2020.
Submissions on this proposal may be lodged in writing by post to
PO Box 1097, Fremantle WA 6959 or by email to admin@eastfremantle.wa.gov.au, or can be submitted online at the Town’s website (scroll down to the 'survey' section). Submissions should make specific reference to the property affected (No. 19 (Lot 18) Canning Highway, East Fremantle) and to the content of Council’s proposal. Submissions must be lodged with the undersigned on or before close of business on Friday, 30 October 2020.
